Faye has her Broker's license as well as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI). She is a past President of the Middletown Board of Realtors and has served for many years on the ethics board.

Walter has been actively involved in real estate since the early 1970's. He and Faye started Leap & Associates, Inc. in 1981.

Areas of Interest
Being an outgoing and 'outdoorsy' kind of person, Walter has assisted in many sales of farms and large parcels of land. He also enjoys facilitating many different types of real estate transactions, such as commercial, multi-family, and assisting in rezoning parcels as well as residential homes and investment property.
Community Involvement
Walter is frequently seen at many different groups in the Middletown area as he has many diverse interests and enjoys discussing many topics. Especially fly fishing and spending time with his awesome granddaughter.
